Mad Sally
Weissbrau Penang’s First Birthday
Mad Sally Rocks the House Down With Great Music

If you wish to experience first-hand an amazing celebration party that comprises great food and beverages with wonderful music, just head over to Weissbrau German Bistro & Bar located at Straits Quay, Penang, on the 25 November and 26 November as the outlet will be having their first year anniversary party.

It was a year ago when Penangites were introduced to German cuisine and the European delights at Weissbrau. “Time really flies pass so fast, I can’t believe that we are celebrating our first years anniversary now; it seems like just yesterday that Weissbrau opened it door to the Penang people. Regardless, our aim still remain the same which is to let our diners experience a range of food from the region. It is about the experience, trying something new, and enjoying for themselves. It’s for friends, families, business people, tourists and the like” stated Weissbrau Director of Northern Region, Wayne Yoon.

Music for the night will be provided by one of Malaysia’s upcoming bands, Mad Sally. Comprising five members, the band, led by Charles Yew Han Baker, usually render songs from the 50s to the present, covering Disco, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Soul, ballads, anthems and party tunes.

Having performed at Weissbrau Pavilion, band leader Yew Han said, “it’s an honour for the band to have the chance perform this time around at Weissbrau Straits Quay, after we had an incredible time entertaining the crowd with our music at Weissbrau Pavilion recently”.
